D’Trove Water Tank
The MIA Association in Jodhpur wanted to revive this water tank,
which had lost its charm over the years. With a limited budget in hand, they wanted
to transform this 120 feet long water tank.
D’Trove decided to get graffiti on the water tank by integrating neon and quirky
elements to make it an attractive tourist point in Jodhpur. Since Jodhpur is called
as Blue City, blue was chosen as the base colour to identify its association with
the city. The overall theme of the graffiti was - Think Beyond the Sky
Moving from the pillars which focuses on the theme of Northern Lights, a
phenomenonal view which is beyond the reach on a common man in India, to the
circular solar system and ending at the technological advancement in space, the
theme inspires people to think beyond their mundane life and to think big. Each
element is narrating a unique story of the space. The quirky concept of the
elements has been designed to retain attention of all visitors, while they immerse
themselves in their thoughts of aspiration and creative progression.
